As a not for profit sporting group, we cannot operate without the the generous support of our sponsors to assist the club with maintaining its financial obligations. To ensure safe and effective operations our club adheres to the required conduct, business procedures and policies according to Forestry Corporation NSW, Fair Trading NSW and Auscycling. To be insured and affiliated with these organisations, it a requirement of our club to pay annual fees which include:
Forestry Corporation Land permit
Auscycling affiliation fee
In addition, a significant amount of volunteer work is needed to maintain our trail network to high standards to ensure maximum safety and fun. Our sponsor contributions allow us to purchase and maintain much needed equipment and fuel to conduct regular trail maintenance works.
Sponsor contributions also allow the club to provide meaningful and unique prizes to riders who participate in events. Our aim is to provide a 'signature lucky rider prize' to encourage riders of any ability to participate in race events. This takes away the pressure of racing for a place on the podium and brings true essence to the term - you've gotta be in it to win it!
